Self-defence is not about fighting — it is about awareness, confidence, and making smart decisions.
The best fight is the one you avoid. Learn to recognize danger before it happens through situational awareness.
Being loud attracts attention — exactly what attackers fear. Learn to use your voice as your first line of defence.
Regular exercise keeps your body fit and ready for action. Flexibility plus speed equals power.
Self-defence is about thinking smart, trusting your instincts, and choosing yourself first. Escape is always the goal.
Think before you share. Protect your passwords, avoid strangers online, and know how to block and report.
There are laws designed to protect you and people ready to support you. You are never alone.
Five comprehensive chapters covering awareness, techniques, and safety — delivered through 18 training sessions at your school.
Practical skills you will learn to protect yourself effectively.

The thumb is the weakest part of any grip. Apply firm pressure with a quick, sharp movement and pull away.
Strike with the sole of your foot using a pushing motion. The goal is to create space, not cause injury.
Knowledge of sensitive areas helps create escape opportunities — the goal is always to get away safely.
